Here is the link to get to Classlink: https://login.classlink.com/my/csisd
All students have their log in for the website
STEERED STRAIGHT PRESENTATION (6TH ONLY):
On October 9, Steered Straight will deliver a prevention presentation at CSI on vaping, addiction, and the effects of drugs and alcohol on youth. Due to the nature of this discussion (surrounding drug use, sensitive topics, and strong language), students must have parent/guardian consent to participate. If you are a 6th grade parent who has not signed the waiver, the link is below:
GT PARENT MEETING:
Parents interested in learning more about the CSISD Gifted and Talented program are invited to join us on Tuesday, September 30th from 6:00-7:00pm at the Elementary School GT room (103). This meeting is for prospective parents whose child(ren) do/does not already participate in GT services.
PARENT TEACHER CONFERENCE:
October 24th is one of our designated parent teacher conference days. If you are interested in a parent teacher conference, please email your child's teacher to get it set up on that day. If at any time you have questions about your child's performance, please email the teacher and they will be happy to collaborate with you.
IPAD CARE AND HEADPHONE NEEDS:
We appreciate your support in helping students take care of their district-issued iPads. Please remind your child to handle their device responsibly by:
Carrying it carefully and not using it while walking in the hallway.
Keeping their passcode private and not sharing it with others.
Treating the iPad gently to prevent damage.
In addition, all students need USB-C headphones to use with their iPads. If your child already has headphones with a different connection, inexpensive adapters are available so you do not need to purchase a brand-new set.
VATRE INFORMATION MEETINGS:

Daily attendance ~ Attendance is taken every day at 9:30AM. Your student must be on campus at this time to be counted present for the day.
When absent ~ Only 4 days total per semester can be excused by a PARENT NOTE (parent signed excuse). For all absences exceeding 4, a doctor's note or other formal documentation is required.
